What does having an adventure mean to you? And were you aware of the many therapeutic benefits and applications of  adventuring?  In this solo episode, I share how my personal experiences of adventure and incorporating 'adventure activities' such as long-distance bike touring, van-life-ing, rock climbing and scuba diving into my life has completely shifted my mental, emotional and spiritual well-being in a positive way - and how it can for you, too!

It's not like it has to be anything particularly crazy either - but adventuring means doing something that expands your comfort zone, and through safely expanding our comfort zone, we are able to heal so much trauma and emotional struggle.

In this episode I share how from a young age I was exposed to new parts of the world, and why prioritizing adventure and international travel is major in my life, due to how much joy, wonder, self-confidence, and deep inner healing it continues to bring me.
