This episode is ALL ABOUT THAT ROOT! And how to bring your Root Chakra into balance and alignment.  This is the first of 7 Chakras- In -Depth episodes where we journey through the specifics of each of the 7 major Chakras within the body, and how to recognize imbalance and ways to create harmony and balance within the Chakra system, based in the science and philosophy of Ayurveda.

Whether you are very familiar or completely new to the subject of the Chakra System, this episode is for you! We go into an overview of the Chakras and what and where they are located within our human bodies, before diving into all the specifics of the 1st Chakra, Muladhara or the Root Chakra.

Many of us have at some point and maybe presently still experience imbalance and/ or blockages within the Root Chakra. In this episode I take you on a journey towards understanding the causes of Root Chakra blocks or over/ underactivity within this area, how to spot it and effective ways to bring it back into balance!

The Root Chakra is associated with our sense of safety and security, meaning that when we have an imbalance here, we are likely to feel unsafe and in scarcity mode. Trauma and stress greatly affect our Root, which is why so many of us could be feeling imbalance in the Root Chakra. Conecting with nature and the Earth, meditation, and tending to our emotional and mental worlds with conscious self-care are a few ways to create harmony and balance in the Root Chakra. This episode shares many other tools and practices you can use anytime you need to find some grounding and inner peace by healing your Root Chakra!
