This solo episode was inspired by a recent situation I was in that felt terrible at the time BUT with a perspective shift, I now know it happened for a reason and can even see it as a blessing! Changing your perspective, especially around difficult situations, isn't easy - but let me tell you, it will change your life!

What if you'd never experienced difficulty? Would you be as wise, caring, compassionate, as you are because of experiencing tough times and proving to yourself and the world that you CAN move through them? This episode is an open invitation to just take a pause and look within at your reaction/ response to difficulty, AND, I share the tools and steps I took to shift my way out of this recent struggle! Find solace in the fact that we're ALL just here to learn, and contrast can be helpful as it shows us clearly what we DON'T want to experience!

I also share about how difficulty or setbacks often show up in our lives when we are taking action on positive change for ourselves. This is never by accident! It's our ego's way of trying to keep us safe (as you know from Episode 8, to the ego/ subconscious safe = the same), and so these things almost always come up to be looked at and released when we're making change and deciding to do things differently. Just another way our setbacks are actually helping us.
